West Trax has launched a certification and award programme that provides a consistent set of metrics and standards against which SAP production system optimisation and alignment levels can be readily evaluated and compared. Based on pre-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) certification attests to the effective and efficient use of an organisation's SAP production systems and quantifies the superior optimisation levels achieved within the Client's industry.
In recognition of the certification levels achieved, Silver and Bronze West Trax Quality Awards have been presented to well known Enterprises in the Automotive, Finance, Retail and Manufacturing sectors.
